I recently received a lash fill from a newer employee Naz. Naz is kind, professional, and asks me my preferences and communicates throughout my entire service. I asked for more volume and a darker lash line and Naz spent the time to make sure she gave me exactly what I wanted. Absolutely amazing! I've never had eyelash extensions before and the girls at Live Love Lash answered all my questions and concerns before we started. The atmosphere was very relaxed and comfortable and the entire experience was lovely. I had an issue where the lashes on my one side didn't stay on very well and many had fallen out after a few days. They were very understanding when I called and got me an appointment the same day to fix up my lashes at no extra cost. I can't wait to go back for my next fill and I highly recommend Live Love Lash!

I went to Live Lash Love after having just moved to London and needing to find a new lash salon. After my initial appointment for a full set, I had a few issues (one of the two being my own fault) and was upset enough to email the business asking about it. The owner contacted me within a day and offered a more than generous solution. I went back the next day and Alyssa (same tech I originally had) was great and kindly addressed the issues for me. I left quite pleased with the set and will definitely continue going back for fills. Great customer service!
